Understood

"No one understands me," slowly morphs into, "I don't understand any of this."  Finally, it takes the form of, "I don't want to understand."  Lack of perspective always leads to these frustrations.

Nothing is wrong with doing things on your own.  It's usually discovered that work on things requiring little input from others goes faster alone.  No matter how long life is shared with others, the end will find everyone alone, anyway.

Success and failure are relative terms.  Failing at one thing might actually have been a success at others.  Perspective prevents observation of the success.

Finding successes are far more motivating than counting failures.  Nobody likes failing.  Realizing something was done right is like boosting the juice to a spotlight on knowledge.
