A Stretch

A good stretch feels amazing.  Every muscle feels more relaxed.  In the morning, it makes them feel rested.  At night, combined with a long yawn, it's almost like a sedative.

If things get stressful, you'll find yourself stretching.  Your body automatically knows a good stretch is what you need.  If you fight the urge, you'll find your muscles and joints stiffening.    

I've stretched a dozen times since starting this.  It's almost as contagious as a yawn.  Just thinking about a good stretch... The only thing that can mess it up is a sudden muscle cramp.
