Livin' on the Dollar

There were 5 white guys somewhere around my age in the line at Dollar General last night. All of us had a jug of milk. All of us had some sort of junk food in the other hand. I laughed, "What's up with the milk and junk food?" One guy laughed back and said this must be the place to get milk and junk food. The others either looked annoyed or looked away.

I got the distinct impression we were all going home to empty houses.
