Paved

They've repaved my Dad's road 3 times in less than a year.  As far as I know, it's never been repaved before.  I know for a fact it hasn't been repaved in the last 50 years.  

Every once in a while, someone would patch the holes.  It was getting quite rough.  A few months before they repaved it, someone came out and patched a few of the bigger ones.

Since then, it's been repaved three times.  First, a few months back, it was blacktopped.  Then, a few weeks ago, they put slag on top of that.  Now, they've put another layer of asphalt on top of it all.

Somebody from the county or state highway department must've moved into the neighborhood.  Either that, or it finally came up on the list.  I don't know.  I'm not complaining; I'm just documenting events.
