Why Worry?

Worries are time vampires. You shouldn't worry about anything unless you absolutely want to do so. Otherwise, you'll miss out on doing something you'd like to do.

If something is out of your control, there's no use worrying about it. If it's within your control, do something about it instead of worrying. Unless worrying is an endeavor you find enjoyable, you should be able to avoid it.

Doing other things can help. Keeping your hands busy can focus your mind enough to allay worries. Working out solutions to other issues can push worry aside, as well.

Too bad worry doesn't play by the rules. It will stab your brain when you least expect it. When it wants to worry, your mind will do you wrong.
