It Can

When unusual things happen, one might be tempted to believe there is something supernatural, or otherworldly involved. Perhaps God is trying to keep you from something that would harm you. Maybe something evil is trying to keep you from the happiness that should be yours.

Maybe neither of those things are true. It could be that this is just a product of such a vast number of variables that they might as well be infinite. This all, then, means nothing, and everything is meaningless.

The mind can't make these kinds of things happen. Can it? It can.
