Turkey, Thanks and Too Much for Two

With the rest of the family out of town, and other loved ones in quarantine, Thanksgiving was just my Dad and myself.  This was the first time I've cooked a Thanksgiving, by myself or otherwise.    He really seemed to enjoy it.  At least he kept telling me so.

There will be Turkey for days.
