Cheap Words and Costly Silence

Typing words is easy.  Making the changes required to reflect those words can be a bit more challenging.  Easier said than done might be the message.

Still, that doesn't mean the words should go unsaid, or unwritten.  Verbalizing a goal can make it easier to conceptualize.  Then, the issues can be addressed one by one.

Too bad we're at a point where people are too afraid to say what's bothering them.  So much more could be worked out.  Just let people speak freely and let the chips fall where they may.
