Sunday morning coffee and random thoughts:

There's a point at which your best work is in the past.  I don't think I'm there.  I hope I'm not.

Who are we kidding?  I'm in my prime.

I need to go somewhere.  Bureaucracy makes it more difficult to travel, and that sucks.  People should be able to wake up and decide to go wherever they want.

Ugly is such a subjective thing.  Beauty gets all the hype and universal acceptance.  Ask people what they think is ugly, and there's no telling what they'll say.

I've been watching entirely too many 'reaction' videos.  What is this about?  After jamming last night resolved into the usual internet videos or TV viewing, a buddy and I tried to figure it out.  There's some human need these videos simulate and meet.  I'm not sure it's a good thing.

Automatic watches are amazing pieces of technology requiring no electricity.  They're notoriously difficult to read in low light situations, though.  Why, then, has no one come up with a more reliable way to illuminate them without glow-in-the-dark paint that fades shortly after no longer being exposed to light?

It's hot out, but there's still a hint of autumn.  

Time to either get more coffee or do something.
