Little Plastic Egos

Government bureaucracy looks like a giant game of Whodunit, where all of the characters are guilty.  If you guess any one of them, you're right!  But, you better look out...  If you try to call one of them out, the others aren't going to let you tell the tale.

Lying, stealing and refusing to give a straight answer are the only things you can rely on from these plastic people.  They believe they're too witty or smart to get caught.  However, in spite of  monumental, delusional grandiosity, they are but tiny pawns in an obsolete game.
