Machine learning is only as good as its training data.  Learning is subject to too many variables.  Variables have to be controlled to the point of making the learning biased.

Over time, all the variables can be eliminated, one by one.  Each one needs to be taught.  Education for the virtual and artificial hinges on the variables you want to control.
