No Name

After 45 years in the Deep South, I should've acclimated to the kind of heat that makes you sweat, even when standing in front of an air conditioning vent. I didn't. Not even close. It's still always hot.

"The heat was hot." - America

"Oh, it burns." -Reagan MacNeil

The hottest temperature I've ever personally felt was 115ºF. That was in the California desert. It felt like an oven. They say it's a 'dry' heat, but hot is hot. Even so, the 97º heat in Alabama, today, felt just as hot. Stay out in it long enough, and you won't remember your name.
