Mowin' and Workin'

The weather cooperated, today, for the grass to get its hair cut. The rainless window was exactly long enough to get it all done. The weather was exactly like this a few weeks ago. Rain in the morning, then the Sun came out. Not a single drop of rain until cutting was done, then the bottom dropped out.

On another, completely unrelated, note, I don't express enough how lucky I am to work with the kind of people I do. I'm always amazed at how smart, efficient and quick-witted they are. It makes going to work easy.

Earlier in the week, there was a task I needed their help with. They fell in place like they'd been practicing for weeks, even though they'd only been asked to help that day. It honestly made me proud to work with those guys. Seeing how competent and dedicated they are makes me feel like I always need to try harder to not let them down.
