Praying for Japan

About 10 years ago I had the pleasure of visiting Japan. The trip was only about 2 weeks, but I really liked it. The people were very gracious with a reserved, pleasant demeanor.

I even thought about staying to teach english. There was a guy from Canada there teaching. He tried to recruit me. Having just bought my house, I couldn't really consider it seriously.

The same nature I enjoyed on my trip to Japan is the unpredictable, brutal nature that laid waste to so much. It's so sad to see the destruction. All of those people taken so suddenly and brutally. 2 natural disasters and now the radiation threat.

My heart goes out to them.
