History's Lesson

The last eyes which saw a world before automobiles have been closed for many years, now.  The same is true for airplanes and motion pictures.  Soon, that'll be true of those who remember a world before television and space flight.  A few decades from now, the last person who remembers a world before the internet will pass.

War is a young man's game.  Past a certain age, killing begins to seem less effective and more futile.  Hopefully, there will be enough knowledge of the horrors of war to teach the young to avoid it.
