Power Flicker and Blinking Light

No matter what's said, part, or all, makes more sense than it seems.  Fading light from an indicator lamp hints of dusk, blinking like a star under a tumultuous atmosphere.  Will a steady-state ever be restored?

Lights come back on, but not the key LED to connect the rest of the world.  It pulses.  It taunts.
