Identifying Nonsense Rules

It makes no difference how nonsensical something is, if enough people believe it, they'll try to force it on you.  If you don't have individual protections, they'll succeed.  No matter how illogical or ridiculous it might seem, you'll be complying.

That's why the law protects property.  Your body is your property.  Anything you obtain through mutual agreements and the fruits of your labor from your own property are your property.  Anything that alters any of your property, including you, without your permission is a violation of the law.

The law not only protects your property, it protects your liberty.  As long as you don't violate anyone else's property or liberty, you can do whatever you want with your property.  That's what 'freedom' means.

Any other law that isn't meant to directly protect your liberty and property is oppression.  Anyone who tries to twist this to limit your liberty or confiscate your property when you're not violating anyone else's is trying to oppress you.  Oppression should never be tolerated.

It's really that simple.  Certainly there are disagreements about what constitutes individual boundaries.  After 200+ years, we should've been able to clear up these issues.  However, too many politicians make their living from obfuscating the law instead of making rules to clarify it. Still, it should be clear to anyone who understands why it exists.
