Offensive Thinking

I just had an offensive thought: kids now think about the '80s and '90s like kids thought about the '40s and '50s when I was a kid.  Rock and roll was younger, then, than kids born right after the new millennium are now.  WWII had been over less time when I was born than it's been since I graduated high school.  

I need to stop.
