Up

I fall asleep best when I've been up for 17 hours.  If I go to bed earlier than that, I'll lie awake until I'm uncomfortable.  Wait too long to go to bed, and fatigue will begin poking at my muscles, making it difficult to get comfortable.

Unfortunately, 7 hours of sleep tends to provide the least optimal waking experience for me.  6 or 8 hours and I can jump right out of bed.  7 hours of sleep makes me want to stay in bed.  For some reason, I feel more tired and groggy when I get up than I do when only get 5 hours or less.

As a result, eventually, there's a night when sleep ain't my friend.  Is that night going to be tonight?  Maybe.
