Next Time

Home is here.  Only for the next 12 hours, though.  Passing time will go back to work before it seems decent.

Enjoying time while it's available used to seem much easier.  Long days are now in the past.  Eventually, though, they'll lengthen again.  Soon, it'll be next year.  

Simplicity complicates itself in time.  Next time comes and goes.  Even when it repeats, it's different.  Such changes make it hard to contemplate.  Shelves are filled with remnants of next time.
