No Lapse in Grass Laps

I sure hope grass cutting is uneventful, today. Seems like every time I cut all my grass, which takes half a day, something comes up. Things break, people come by; vehicles are burglarized. Once, I was chased by a pack of dogs in my own yard.

Earlier this week, about a mile or so down the road, a man was shot while jogging for no apparent reason. I guess I now have to worry about some nutjob deciding I look like a target, as well. Hopefully not.

Even thought I don't particularly like yard work, riding the mower can be a little bit of a zen thing. I suppose it's a bit meditative. Until fate takes a pot shot.
