Inventory

Taking inventory on life can show how much spending of time was done with no expectation of a return on the investment. I don't want to call it waste, but I've spent a lot of time on things that didn't pay dividends. Seems the more I try to change that, the worse and worst times still succeed the former.

Look back ten years. It's like a hard knock to the head. Where did it go, why did it go so fast, and why don't I have more to show for it?
