ROLL TIDE!!!

The Alabama Crimson Tide scored more points against Auburn University in the 2011 Iron Bowl than either team has scored in last 34 years of the rivalry. You'd have to go back to 1977 when Alabama scored 48 points in a 48-21 victory at Legion Field to find a higher score. The 48 point game was in the middle of Alabama's record 9 game win streak against Auburn and a string of National Championships.

With the high-scoring win against their bitterest of rivals, Alabama hopes to win a spot in the BCS Championship, and a chance to redeem themselves from the 4 missed field goals that forced an overtime and ultimately cost them the game against current number one LSU.
