Prayers for Badnarik

Still no new word on Michael Badnarik since word of his heart-attack earlier this week. The last report I heard was that he was on a pace maker and conscious, but in serious condition. Initial word said he was unconscious and unresponsive.

If you're not up on liberty, Badnarik is a Constitutional scholar, radio talk show host, 2004 Presidential Nominee of the Libertarian Party (I voted for him), and was elected President of the 2009 Continental Congress. I believe he's in his 50s. He had a 'cardiac event' back in 2005, I believe.

I listened to his show every morning on WTPRN until he moved to the Genesis Communications Network. I listened regularly to his show on GCN, although it was late at night. If you search my blog, you'll probably find more than one entry with his name in it.

Anyway, my prayers and thoughts are with him and his family. I hope Christmas and the New Year bring him a quick and full recovery. He's sorely needed in the fight against tyranny. Men of his caliber are very hard to come by.
