Weird Dream

I awoke about 3am Monday morning, or maybe it was Sunday morning, after a vivid, frightening, and weird dream. In this dream, the bedroom took the shape of my old room at my parents' house. Instead of facing a wall, as I was in the bedroom in my house, I was facing the door to my room at their house. In the dream, I was awakened by the sound of someone coming down the hall to that door. As I opened my eyes, I saw the doorknob turning. I was petrified, and as the door opened, my condition seemed to worsen. I watched as a shadowlike figure entered my bedroom. The figure pulled up my sheets and comforter and sat down in my bed, it's back still to me. As it did, it removed a hood it was wearing, and, instead of being some monster, it was me. This horrified me to such an extent that I attempted to scream. This awakened me, making me realize I was in my own bed, at my own house, facing a blank, white wall.
