Back in the Saddle?

We played a full set last Saturday at a club down by the Alabama River. There were 3 other bands that played, and it was almost midnight when we went on. I wasn't in good shape by then, but we made it through the set, pretty much injury free. We're supposed to play again this Friday.

Oh, yeah, we're going by the name, "Old School Films". Named for a song I wrote, that was named for an effect I made on my old RP-1, which was named for the grainy old films they used to show us back in high school. I'm playing with a guy named Justin, whom I've known for a long time. We were in a band together back in the early '90s.

I'm sick, too. I've got this sinus crud. Makin' my throat all sore and swollen. I hope I can sing by Friday.
