My War

No matter how many bubble-gum pop star movies we create, there will always be the 'Carrie' kids. I, sadly, was a 'Carrie' kid. Although no one ever told me to "plug it up", I didn't go to my own prom for fear I'd burn the place down with my mind. This story proves that we haven't come very far since Stephen King first related his supernatural story of a tortured youth. I'm older and more mature, but I still find myself thinking the lyrics to that Black Flag song, "You're one of them!!!"
