Pete and Repeat

I have 3 old vehicles sitting on my property that still run.  All 3 of them are covered in pollen and dust, but still run, if the batteries are charged enough to crank.  None are in great shape, but will run.

Today, I had unsolicited inquires about all of them from two different people.  One of them was a Doordash driver's passenger.  Is the shortage of used vehicles that bad?  

Unrelated, as I cut grass this afternoon, I kept thinking about what a teacher once told me, "As much as has was had been, as much as has was will be.  And if you don't understand that, you're doomed to repeat it."
