No Smoke and Exhausted

Today is exactly 5 months from the day I smoked my last cigarette. 5 whole months have passed. It doesn't seem like it's been that long, but at the same time, it seems as if it's been longer. I've contemplated letting myself have one for my birthday. I'm not sure if I should. I used to be able to do that. You know, just smoke one. Now, I'm afraid, 1 would turn into half a pack, which would turn into a 2 pack a day habit.

I put my new Cobra pipes on my bike, Friday. I took pictures, but haven't uploaded them yet. They're not as loud as my modified 'de-goated' stock pipes, but it's louder than the stock pipes w/mufflers and 'goat's belly', and looks a lot better than the stock mufflers. It sounds a lot better than stock, too, but I was a little disappointed that the 'de-goat' sounded better. Part of my stock exhaust vibrated loose on my way to work a couple of weeks ago. That's what prompted me to get the Cobras. I got 'em off ebay for about half price, so I can't really complain. Pictures to come tomorrow, or later this evening.
