War Update V:

In response to the attacks by Russia, President Bush is ordering more troops into Georgia.

The AP article linked above reports that it is to be a humanitarian mission, and that "The president said he was concerned that Russia might be violating the cease-fire in Georgia and he expected all Russian forces to withdraw."

The article gave no report on the troops already in Georgia.
